• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your merchandise.
• Items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

2. Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Exchanges:

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired size or design is unavailable, you can opt for a refund or select a different item of equal value.

4. Defective/Damaged Items:

• If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. I’ll make it right by offering a replacement or refund.

• Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is received.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

• Domestic Shipping (India):

  • Standard delivery: 5-7 business days
  • Rates calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

• International Shipping:

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination (usually 10-21 business days).
  • International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Customs duties or taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Packaging:

• Orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
• All T-shirt orders include free stickers as a token of appreciation. 🎨✨

4. Shipping Issues:

• If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact me on WhatsApp at +91 8688954441 with your order details. I’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

5. Returns Due to Failed Delivery:

• Use cold water and mild detergent to prevent fading.
• Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.

Drying:

• Air dry your tee whenever possible to maintain its quality.
• If using a dryer, opt for a low heat setting.

Ironing:

• Do NOT iron directly on the print.
• Turn the tee inside out and use a low-heat setting if ironing is needed.
